Collecting Proof of Delivery (POD)

Proof of Delivery (POD) protects your business from liability, prevents "not received" disputes, and ensures customers are satisfied. The Viaoga Mobile App makes this process frictionless.

Photo POD

Capturing a photo is the fastest way to verify a successful drop-off.

1. When arriving at a stop, tap Mark Arrived.
2. Select Add Photo.
3. The camera module will open. Best Practice: Ensure the package is clearly visible, preferably with the house number, door color, or a recognizable background element included in the frame.
4. The photo is automatically geo-tagged, time-stamped, and instantly synced back to the dispatcher dashboard.

E-Signature

For high-value goods (electronics, pharmaceuticals) or B2B deliveries, signatures are often required.

1. Tap Collect Signature.
2. Hand the device to the recipient. The screen will automatically rotate to landscape mode.
3. The recipient signs directly on the glass.
4. Type in the recipient's name in the text field below the signature for clarity, and tap Complete Delivery.
