Doorstep photos
Taken in the app, time-stamped, and shown on each order in the dashboard — the first thing to open when a customer says it never arrived.
Delivery codes
The customer gets a code on WhatsApp, or you send your own. The door only closes on the right one, and a skipped code needs a reason.
Payment at the door
Cash goes on the driver's balance for reconciliation; UPI is a single-use QR the customer scans on their own phone; the card machine needs a photo of the slip.
Partial, returned, refused
Short deliveries, returned items and cancellations are recorded with a reason from your own list, so the exceptions are as clear as the deliveries.

Photograph the delivery
The driver takes a doorstep photo. It covers every order going to that door, so a shop taking four parcels is one handover, not four.
Check the code and take payment
The customer reads out their delivery code. Anything owed is collected in cash, by UPI QR, or on the card machine — the app works out what is due from the orders themselves.
It is on the order, immediately
Photo, code, payment and time are saved against each order. Dispatch sees the door close on the live map, and the driver can open the invoice PDF to print or show.
