ORDERS TO ROUTES

From order listto loaded vans.

Bring in the day's orders from a spreadsheet or straight from your own system through the API, optimise them into routes using real road travel times, and send each route to its driver's phone. No printed manifests.

Everything between the shelf and the doorstep.

Spreadsheet import

Upload the day's orders as a CSV from our template. Customers, addresses and products are matched or created as they come in.

Orders by API

Send orders and route plans from your own system with an API key, including your own references and delivery codes.

Route optimisation

Stops ordered by real road travel times, with a planned arrival for every stop that the driver and dispatch both see.

Straight to the driver

Assign a driver and vehicle and the route is on their phone — stops in order, orders per door, navigation one tap away.

A morning’s dispatch in three steps.

1

Bring in the orders

Import a CSV, or let your system post them through the API as they are placed. Anything already known — customers, addresses, products — is reused.

2

Plan and optimise

Group orders into routes and optimise each one. Every stop gets a planned arrival time, based on real roads and on how long your drivers actually take at a door.

3

Assign and dispatch

Pick the driver and vehicle. The route appears on the driver’s phone, and you follow it on the live map from the first stop to the last.

Warehouse tools, planned

VIAOGA starts where picking ends today. These would bring it into the warehouse; none of them is live yet.

Store connectors

Pulling orders directly from Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplaces. Today, connect any of them through the API.

Pick lists

Grouping the day’s items by shelf or zone for the picking team.

Scan-to-load

Scanning each parcel onto the right van before it leaves the depot.

Loading order

Loading sheets in reverse delivery sequence, so the first drop is nearest the door.

Plan tomorrow’s routes in the demo.

A working account with orders, vehicles and drivers already in it. Import, optimise and dispatch — no form, no sales call.
