Three things worth knowing about.
Checked continuously against every van on an active route. Each alert raises a warning first, then a critical one if it carries on.
Driver gone silent
No position from the driver's phone for 15 minutes is a warning; 45 minutes is critical. Usually a dead battery or a closed app — worth a call either way.
Unplanned halt
A van standing still for 20 minutes somewhere that is not one of its stops. Stops at delivery addresses are expected and are not flagged.
Running late
A stop 30 minutes behind its planned arrival is a warning, 90 minutes critical — measured against the plan's own ETAs, not a guess.
On WhatsApp too
Alerts appear under the bell in the dashboard, and go to your administrators and dispatchers on WhatsApp when they have a number on file.
Live positions
Every van on today's routes on one map, from the driver app's own GPS — no hardware to fit.
Journey replay
