Understanding Your Usage-Based Invoices

Viaoga charges based on active usage, not rigid seat licenses. This means you only pay for the capacity you actually use, which is ideal for businesses with high seasonality (like holiday spikes).

Active Driver Billing

You are billed based on the number of unique drivers who complete at least one route during the monthly billing cycle.

Example: If you have 50 drivers registered in the system, but only 10 actually drive and complete routes this month, you are only billed for 10.

Route Optimization Credits

Each subscription tier includes a set number of optimization credits per month. - 1 Credit = 1 Stop processed through the AI routing engine. - Manual overrides, deleted stops, or un-optimized routes do not consume credits.

If you exceed your monthly credit allotment, additional credits are billed automatically at your plan's overage rate. You can track your real-time credit usage in the Billing dashboard to avoid surprises.
