Enforcing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

As a Tenant Admin, you are responsible for the security of your workspace's delivery data and customer personally identifiable information (PII). We highly recommend enforcing 2FA across your organization.

Enabling Org-Wide 2FA

Go to Settings > Security.
Toggle the switch for Require 2FA for all users.

Once enabled, the next time your dispatchers or admins log in, they will be forced to set up 2FA before they can access the dashboard. They must scan a QR code using an Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password).

> Important Note on Drivers: Drivers using the mobile app are actively exempt from this requirement. Forcing 2FA on drivers in the field creates unnecessary operational friction, and their access is strictly limited to their daily route anyway.
